Twin Lakes Apartments offers spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes with thoughtfully designed layouts, generous living areas, and plenty of storage to fit your lifestyle. 

Yes! Twin Lakes Apartments is a pet-friendly community. We welcome both cats and dogs (up to two pets per apartment). A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. 

Yes! There is a free permitted surface parking lot for residents. Optional detached garage parking is also available for $95 per month for those looking for additional convenience and protection from the elements. 

Twin Lakes Apartments features two convenient on-site laundry rooms located throughout the building, making it easy for residents to do laundry close to home. 

Residents are responsible for a monthly utility bill for water, sewer, and trash, which is billed using the RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System). This charge is calculated based on your apartment's square footage and the number of occupants. Electricity is separately metered through Xcel Energy, so you'll only pay for your own usage. Gas heat is included in your monthly rent.

Rent is paid conveniently through the AppFolio Resident Portal. You can make one-time payments, set up recurring automatic payments, view your balance, and access your payment history. For easy access, you'll find a link to the Resident Portal at both the top and bottom of our website. 

In addition to the $45 application fee per applicant, approved applicants will pay a one-time administrative fee of $150 before move-in. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is also required. If you have a pet, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet due before move-in, along with applicable monthly pet rent.

The first step is to schedule a tour! After you've had the opportunity to visit Twin Lakes  and choose the apartment that's right for you, our leasing team will send you an online application. The application fee is $45 per applicant. Once you submit your application and screening information, we'll review everything and keep you updated throughout the approval process.
